Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The rooms offered a beautiful view of the palace area Versailles, and the variety of food was excellent, making it a perfect choice for those who enjoy tranquility. While my room in the Trianon Pavillon was smallish and average, the value for the price paid, which was nearly 600 euros, was still good.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of experiences. The Pavillion room I stayed in was fine, spacious, and very quiet, just as expected in a hotel of this caliber. However, the Trianon Pavillon room I had on another occasion was average and not quite 'palace-like. ' The service was exceptional with caring and attentive staff members, though the dining options didn't quite measure up to some high-end Paris hotels. The location was convenient, and the facilities offered were satisfying.
The hotel offers a stunning view of the Versailles gardens but comes at a high price. The room was made up as requested with three beds, but not as shown in the photos. The service was impeccable and the location ideal for exploring the Palace of Versailles.
The hotel location couldn't be better, right beside a gate into the park and chateau, but fell short of providing a unique experience. The rooms were not as shown in the photos and expensive, though they sorted out the correct booking eventually. The service was top-notch with a high-level service-oriented approach, but missed the mark on the unavailability of a customer services manager. The dining experience, set where the treaty of Versailles was signed in 1945, was not extraordinary but satisfactory. However, the refreshment center was oddly placed and noisy. The hotel's facilities were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers spacious and incredibly comfortable rooms with a view over the Versailles park grounds, equipped with all the necessary amenities like a minibar, Nespresso machine, and complimentary mineral water. The beds are really comfy, making the stay even more enjoyable. The service was exceptional and genuinely helpful, adding to the beautiful location next to Versailles. Though the dining experience was delightful, with delicious options, some aspects of the facilities could use improvement.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with comfy beds that made for a restful night. The service was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and professional. The location next to the Versailles grounds was incredible, offering a peaceful ambiance just steps away from major attractions. The dining options were varied, although some pastries fell short. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing the overall experience.
